‘Shoe Appeal for Refugees’

Carlow Cathedral Parish are initiating an appeal for ‘Shoes for Refugees’, with the idea being ‘we can’t walk in their shoes but they can walk in ours’……..
Our parish is appealing for donations of good quality shoes/boots in all sizes, for both adults and children, which you may no longer have use of, which can be given as part of an emergency supply to displaced migrants. Pairs of shoes should be banded together and donated at collection points at all Masses in the Cathedral over the coming weeks. Thank you.
