ASPIRO CHOIR CARLOW’S 15th Anniversary Concert
Takes place in Carlow Cathedral on Sunday 12th February @8.30pm. The Concert programme includes as Aspiro Retrospective and the Irish Premiere of Bernstein mass Concert Selections, conducted by Mary Amond O’Brien and Doreen Rao, U.S.A., accompanied by Professional Ensemble.

Young people aged 16-25yrs are invited to take part in the Diocesan Youth Congress being held in St Leo’s College, Carlow on Saturday 10th March from 9.30am to 7pm. Diocesan Eucharistic Congress A Place at the Table
As part of our preparation for the 50th International Eucharistic Congress in June 2012, a Diocesan eucharistic Congress will be held in Carlow on March 9 & 10. The theme is ‘A Place at the Table’. There will be a number of keynote speakers: baroness Nuala O’Loan, Fr Michael Drumm, and Fr Peter McVerry S.J. There will also be a wide range of workshops [32 in total], taking place in the Cathedral, Carlow College and the Cathedral Parish Centre. Booking is essential. Volunteers urgently needed for the 50th International Eucharistic Congress 2012 The 50th International Eucharistic Congress 2012 (IEC2012) will take place in Dublin from 10th to 17th June 2012. If you would like to get involved please visit theIEC2012 website www.iec2012.ie/volunteer and fill out an online application or request an application form from the Congress office.
